This 30 minute session shows how to add contacts to your database (individually, by importing, using Integrations or Lead Streams), addresses frequency of communications for your contacts depending on their status types (new, hot, warm, cold, etc.), discusses how to maximize your use of contact groups, and provides tips and suggestions for materials and campaigns that will deliver high level results.
