Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)

According to the 2015 NAR Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, while the percentage of first time home buyers has been declining in recent years, the numbers of buyers above the age of 50 is on the increase. 35% of buyers in 2015 were 55 and over and another 15% between 45 and 54. The SRES® designation positions you as an expert in serving the senior market and allows you to connect with a network of 15,000 referral partners.
